Today I met with Peter Swamwick who is the founder of the 30 day no alcohol challenge. I must admit to do what he’s doing takes tremendous courage to go ahead the social norms of drinking alcohol.
I tried the 30 day no alcohol challenge and I found it to be extremely beneficial in my life. I was able to sleep better, think more clearly, save money, lose weight and also be more productive too.
I think people need more encouragement and education on the benefits of quitting alcohol. In the mean time, here’s some great quotes that will help you kick this bad habit of regular alcohol consumption. Always seek professional help if you’re finding yourself addicted to drinking.
