Unless you’ve been living under a rock, Grant Cardone is known for being one of the all time legends in closing the deal. At age 25, he was broke, in debt, struggling and spiritually ruined. Today, he owns over 5,000 apartments worth half a billion dollars, owns his own private jet, influences millions of people around the world and is a loving husband and father to his family.

I first discovered Grant Cardone last year through one of his ads. The first thing I bought from him was “The Millionaire Booklet” which was only $9. Since it was so cheap, I decided to just buy it and see what this man has got to say. Since purchasing that book, I was hooked on the content because what Grant is teaching is nowhere to be seen in the personal development world.

I’ve been studying personal development and finance for over 10 years and I can attest that his teachings is not like what you normally would see in mainstream education.

After buying the Millionaire Booklet, I went for his bigger course which was “Playbook to Millions”. I paid full price for this, around $495 USD which was about $700 AUD at the time. I was absolutely blown away with the content that Grant taught int his book.

When I started reading this course, I was working as a business development manager for a well known company around the world. This deal was avoided by other sales people because they just couldn’t close it. But after just applying that one technique, I managed to get the brand manager to sign on the dotted line.

For example, there was a technique that Grant said in one of the chapters which was “WTF” (Why the Face?). Most people enter a deal with a grumpy look on their face and this communicates distrust to the other person. Let’s be honest, if you took a photo of your face right now that’s all serious, pissed off and grumpy, would you really want to buy from this person?

This was a huge aha moment for me for the past has really affected my energy levels and sometimes I lose my smile. So Grant recommended to work on your face every single day. I did that, I looked at the mirror and worked on my genuine smile. 2 weeks later, because I practiced smiling and working my face, I was more approachable and people opened up. I closed a $90,000 contract.

I’m not saying all this to brag or say anything about myself, I’m saying this to give you proof that Grant Cardone’s material is the real deal. It’s so hard finding good mentors that teach the right information. There’s so many “gurus” out there who are teaching bull shit information that leads you no where except wasted time and energy.
