It’s been a while since I last posted on my website. I’ve been so busy with a lot of projects and haven’t been able to blog as much. I’ve decided to get back into the groove of blogging and to continually write on a regular basis.
I discovered that by producing video content, even though great, is so time consuming. I need to figure out a way to produce more content to my readers quicker in order for them to consume more content and learn more.
Anyway, this will be the start of more articles on my site and I’ll always strive to give you the best content.
I would like to share with you a recent discovery I’ve had regarding life in general.
A few weeks ago, I’ve been so busy with work and haven’t had much time to exercise, work on my abs and also my important projects.
I found myself coming home from a hard day of work and then lying down and watching youtube videos on my phone. This was incredibly relaxing but of course, becomes addictive.
I found myself watching too much political videos and information about Donald Trump. Then I would read and watch videos that’s not conclusive to my goals.
As a result of this, I became lazy, bored and unmotivated towards my goals.
As a result, I skipped my workouts, didn’t charge towards my goals and didn’t really take my life seriously anymore in building it to the life I’ve always wanted to be.
The major lesson is this, bad habits tend to creep up on you and will derail you.
If you’re on a win streak and you’re kicking goals and achieving big things, rest if you must but make sure that it doesn’t become too much of a habit.
By doing the wrong things on a consistent basis, you’ll lose momentum and find yourself in a difficult position to work on your life.
As the great Darren Hardy once said, “Success is Hard Friggen Work”.
It’s true, if you want to become a successful person who has everything in their life handled such as Relationships, Health, Wealth and Spiritual, it’s going to require a ton of effort.
It’s not easy but that’s what it takes to get the life you want.
Rest if you must, but be wary of the habits you are creating for yourself.
